I was on my way off the set for a dinner break just 3 days before Christmas when a young mother showed up begging for me to wait so she could get a photograph of her young infant daughter with Santa. She pleaded with the set manager who told the mother she could bring her daughter back in an hour for the photo, but the mother persisted, explaining her daughter was going in for surgery right after Christmas. The set manager told her she could talk to Santa. I went back into the set and held her daughter for a photograph, but as the mother was preparing to take her daughter back, I asked her why it had been so important, as I had heard a bit of the conversation between her and my set manager. She explained her infant daughter had been born just a couple of weeks earlier with a large hole in her heart and was going in for open heart surgery the day after Christmas. She just wanted a photograph of her daughter with Santa in case her daughter did not survive the surgery. So I asked her if I could pray for her and her daughter and ask for God's healing for her daughter. She said yes. While we were in prayer, my set manager took this picture.
